This week has been pretty good. I have my first site visit / evaluation from PC this coming Wednesday... my program manager(s) will come to watch me teach and meet with my family and partners. Should be interesting. I feel very good about how work is going in the school and in the hospital. This past Friday my nurse partner at the hospital showed me the new (and first!) computer they bought. None of the workers at the hospital know how to use the computer so each Friday I'm helping my partner (head nurse) to learn how to use Microsoft Excel for patient information. Compared to most of my computer savvy friends at home I've never been someone who knows much about computers... but I know enough to be very helpful with basic computer skills. I'm really really excited that there is something so useful I can do for them.
