I probably post too many links for anyone to keep up with, but this educational page through Yale is awesome!! If you have free time and interest you can stream lectures (video and mp3) on a variety of subjects. I've watched a few hours of lecture on the Civil War and found another class on the psychology, biology and politics of food.
